Coach Turtle (Faqrudin Ali) is a dedicated grassroots basketball coach, youth mentor, and community advocate based in Ottawa, with over 17 years of experience. Through programs such as Bellevue Canada Topflight Academy and Community Link, he has used basketball as a platform to empower young people, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and create positive opportunities both on and off the court.

His commitment to community well-being extends beyond basketball through youth mentorship and mental health initiatives. Recognized with the 2024 Ottawa BlackJacks Community Service Award, Coach Turtle continues to inspire, mentor, and make a lasting impact on the lives of young people and the broader community
