The Olds Grizzlys walked away with a 9-2 victory over the Whitemud West Yetis. Olds exploded offensively with early strikes from Hudson McDonald and Ty Bexson and kept the pressure up through the second and third periods as goals by Logan Denison, Greysen Hardy, Aiden Lutz, Clay Bodell, Rhett Pearce and another from McDonald padded the lead. The Yetis fought back with goals from Easton DeBaie and Gavin Leachman while both goalies made plenty of stops and the game included some penalties. Both teams showed spirited play and plenty of action in a lively, entertaining contest.
