U11-1 Knights Grey defeated the U11-1 Lethbridge Hurricanes 7-3 in a lively youth showdown. The Knights struck early with goals from Eamonn Piper, Andrew Senft and Lachlan McIntosh in the first period, and added tack-on scores from Asher Mitchell, Benjamin Hughes, Eric Berting and Breton Roy later to pull away. The Hurricanes countered with goals by CRUZ Noren, NICO Balint and COEN Novlesky, and both goalies stood tall with numerous saves in a busy middle and late stretch. The game included some penalties, but both teams played with energy and competitive spirit throughout the 30-minute contest.
