Early Bruins strikes by Jace Clarke, Cameron Maher and RJ Willison built a strong lead, while the Hurricanes battled back with goals from COEN Novlesky, NICO Balint and LENOX Silva to keep the game tight. Goaltenders Connor Crittenden and Ilan Rayani turned away numerous shots and both teams played with intensity; the game included some penalties.
