Ogden Jr. Mustangs 16u AA defeated Team Wyoming 16u AA 2-0 in a tightly contested game. Roman Correa opened the scoring in the first period with an assist from Ryder Markland, and Crosby Day added the second goal in the second as goaltenders Maddex Bruce and Zion Moritz turned aside numerous chances in a goaltending duel. The game included some penalties, and both teams battled physical shifts and momentum swings throughout. Special teams and timely saves played a big role as the Mustangs held the lead. It was an entertaining, competitive matchup that showcased strong goaltending and spirited play from both squads.
