Tahoe Prep Academy 18u AAA edged Cascade Selects 18u AA 6-5 in a back-and-forth thriller. Tahoe opened the scoring when Volodymyr Tatsii beat Bodie Dimmig, but Cascade answered through Beck Meneghini and added multiple strikes from Daniel Bateman to keep it tight; Tahoe replied with goals from Leo Bresnihan, Ethan Smith (2) and Myles Fowler to build their lead. The game featured several saves by both netminders and some penalties, and momentum swung late when Cascade’s Cooper Jones tallied to make it a one-goal game. Both teams battled fiercely to the final whistle, delivering an exciting, competitive contest.
