Spokane Jr Chiefs 14u AA defeated Tri-Cities Jr. Americans 6-2 in a lively contest. Spokane struck early with goals from Oliver Marchand and Jolson Rude in the first period, then punched in three more in the second and third from Tyson Brown, Lexi Raczykowski and Myles Farnworth while Samuel Vanderpool added an insurance goal late. Tri-Cities answered in the second with goals by Austin Oliver and Easton Welch, and battled through several penalties—the game included some penalties. Both teams showed strong effort and competitive spirit in an entertaining matchup.
