The West Central Tigers powered past the Calgary Buffalo Wranglers 5-2 in an energetic 60-minute battle. West Central raced ahead with four first-period goals from Braxton Denham, Winston Rush, Wyatt Mancell and Huxley Hallgren, while Calgary answered with Beckam Matheson before the opening period ended. After a penalty-filled middle frame, Bo Zinter added another Tigers goal in the third, and Grayson Deis responded for Calgary to keep the action lively. Both goaltenders, Winston McCulloch and Emmett Gerber, made numerous saves as the teams traded pressure. With plenty of scoring and spirited competition, both sides brought strong effort to an exciting matchup.
