Camrose struck first through Harper Cunningham, but Swift Current answered with Jorie Gader before Ivy Bathelt and Bobbi Deobald traded goals in the second period. Bennett Patriquin put Camrose ahead late in the third, only for Kinley Zakaluzny to level the score with just 1:22 remaining. The game included some penalties, and both teams showed plenty of fight in a thrilling, evenly matched finish.
