Aiden Zhang opened the scoring for the Panthers in the first, but the Predators answered with goals from Joe Toni, Luke Orellana, Vaughn Mason and Brooks Vickar to pull ahead. Joe Toni featured prominently with a goal and multiple assists, while Jakob Kalyniuk faced heavy traffic in net for the Panthers. The game included some penalties, and both teams battled hard through a spirited 60 minutes.
