Glenlake Hawks 1 Blue edged the Sherwood Park Black Knights 8-6 in a high-scoring affair. The Hawks raced ahead with early goals from Areez Lalani and Parker Boyes, while the Black Knights answered repeatedly—Oliver Dang, Brayden Mahoney and Markus Ewanowich all struck to keep it tight. Second-period strikes from Miles Simonton and Ty Lewko pushed the Hawks forward, and late third-period goals by Preston Van De Veen, Parker Boyes and Braden Wong sealed the win; the game included some penalties. Both teams delivered plenty of offense and competitive spirit in a thrilling contest.
