This Spring we are again offering two division options!

As happens in almost every team sport, we have seen some teams at most age levels "stand out" from the rest of the teams for many reasons.  In an effort to provide "meaningful competition" to our flag participants we hope to offer two separate divisions based on their experience and level of play. The intent is to provide an opportunity for all participants to enjoy healthy competition on a level playing field within their division.  Our ability to offer this will be determined by the number of teams within that division, as sufficient teams are needed in each to make then viable.

RECREATIONAL TEAMS and DIVISIONS

This option is perfect for players new to flag, have less experience, or just want to play for the sake of having some fun.  Whether your register as an individual player, or with a group of friends that are also newer to flag football, this is ideal for those that can have fund learning some new skills regardless of the score!

Players, coaches or teams who play to have FUN. Your child will learn the basic fundamentals of passing /catching and is designed to help develop an understanding of rules, teamwork, fundamentals and sportsmanship. This is a great way for our players to learn the basics of the game, and develop the skills and techniques necessary to succeed on both offense and defense. The slate of practices and games ensures that all participants receive comprehensive instruction and gain a keen understanding of the sport. Although it’s recreational, teams are still competitive in nature.

RECREATIONAL AVAILABLE AT THE U10, U12, U14 and U16 AGE GROUPS

COMPETITIVE TEAMS and DIVISIONS

This option will allow teams or players that have more flag football experience or skills to compete at a higher level against similarly experienced teams.  This is ideal for teams that have played together for a few years and have been at the top of the standings on a regular basis, or for players experienced in tackle and are also playing flag.

Players, coaches and teams who play to win, and have a skill level to reflect that.  These players will develop a greater love for the game and improve their individual skill set at a much quicker pace by playing with and against other highly skilled players and teams.
