It's been brought to my attention that anyone on your team can view who has completed the event waivers. However, it is only available on the web version at this time. 

Log in to your team webpage, go to the schedule, choose the appropriate event, then choose 'Availability'. If the waiver has been completed, there will be an icon that looks like a document with a checkmark in the middle.
