Hello Lakers Families

Again, we would like to thank everyone for their patience this past week as board members and coaches have been working very hard behind the scenes to organize our fall skills program.  By now all players should have been contacted by their coaches and if not please email our registrar at registration@dartmouthlakers.ca .

I would like to highlight a few new rules relating to COVID:

• Masks must be worn by everyone (coaches and players) when moving into and out of the building and in all common areas.
• Parents/guardians should drop their child off at the facility doors and coaches should be there to meet the players.
• All participants (coaches and players) must sanitize their hands when entering the building. We will have a bottle of hand sanitizer on site.
• All participants must complete the Skills Session Waiver Form prior to the first practice.  This form can be found on our website and must be handed to the coach on the first night.
• All participants must complete the COVID-19 Daily Attestation Form for every single session.                             

Again, this can be found on our website and must be handed to the coach at the start of each practice.

• There are no spectators allowed during any of the fall skills sessions.

The Metro Basketball season is planning to start in January but this will be dependent on if we are allowed access to the HRCE schools.  We will continue to update you as the season progresses with any updates.
