The first ever Marj McAusland Memorial Girls Hockey Jamboree was hosted by the Grovedale Vipers on October 26th in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
The event was FULL to capacity at 50 registrants between the ages of 7-12 years old. Each girl in attendance received a 'swag bag' full of goodies from our sponsors, followed by an on-ice session, two off-ice dryland sessions, lunch, and a nutritional classroom session.
All of the girls had a blast and the PCFHL look forward to running it again in a different area of the Peace Country.

The Grovedale Vipers would like to thank all of the volunteers and sponsors for their time and commitment. Without this extra help the event would not have been such a huge success.
