New in 2026-27:

Rule changes for double hits, tip attacks and push-carry-throw.

Rec and Intermediate B will now play 3 sets to 25 points.

REMINDER:

Children/Youth under the age of 18 ARE NOT PERMITTED inside the schools. Team captain's please make sure all players including your substitite players are aware of this policy. Anyone who refuses to follow this policy and is disrespectful to the door staff will be suspended from the league. Furthermore the team will automatically lose by forfeit.
