  4. Enter your name, phone number, email address, and a team name (if they’re not filled in already).
Note: SignUp.com does not share your email address with anyone, and you will not need to register an account or keep a password for SignUp.com.

  5. Click Save and Done for each spot you choose.

  6. Click Save at the top of the page when you’re finished signing up for spots.

NEW cancellation policy

If you sign up and then cancel a spot within 24 hours of the spot’s start time, it is your responsibility to find a replacement for that spot. If that spot remains unfilled, we will add 1 hour to your team’s 20-hour volunteer requirement. (Spots cancelled more than 24 hours before the spot are allowed without risk.)

Why volunteer?

This is a great way to contribute to your team’s 20-hour volunteer requirement. Each shift is worth 1 volunteer hour. It’s good to help at tournaments that you or your child are not participating in. Plus, you can help us make this tournament one of the very best!

Please bring your own volunteer tracking sheet to track your volunteer hours. Download and print the Volunteer tracking form and bring it to the registration desk to be signed.

Thank you!
