About the Program
A program for skaters who have completed CanSkate Stage 3 and who wish to pursue figure skating on a recreational or competitive basis.
CanSkate stages 4– 6 teach introduction to figure skating in a group format as well as including synchronized skating and monitored independent practice time.
CSA-approved hockey helmets are mandatory for Stages 4 & 5.
Duration
50-min sessions: 3 days/week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday
Tuesday - 4:40 pm to 5:50 pm, 4:40 pm to 4:50 pm off ice warm up and 5:00 pm to 5:50 pm on ice group and private lessons
Thursday - 5:30pm to 7:00pm, 5:30 pm to 6:20 pm group and private lessons and Off-ice time - 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm
Saturday - 6:40 pm to 7:50 pm, Off- ice time - 6:40 pm to 6:50 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:50 pm group and private lessons
Full Year: September 1, 2026 to April 24, 2027

Sabrina Hinson

Sabrina has over 15 years of coaching experience teaching skating from all over the country. She has experience coaching all ages and levels from Pre CanSkate and CanSkate to StarSkate as well as Competitive Skaters in all disciplines through Gold Tests, Adult Skaters and Synchro Skaters. She also has experience coaching Off-Ice Training Sessions.
