The hero was an unlikely one. Franklin Ibe rose to the occasion with both goals, striking on 42 minutes and again on 76 to put Wheelers in command. It was a performance that showed exactly why the leaders remain so hard to beat — different players stepping up week after week.

Timi Fadare pulled one back for Warriors late on, at 84 minutes, to set up a nervy finish, but Wheelers held firm to claim a huge victory. The result halts Warriors' momentum and strengthens Wheelers' grip on top spot.
