Badgers Tip Off a New Basketball Season

The Badgers Athletic Association held its annual season tipoff meeting last week, bringing players, coaches, parents, and staff together to prepare for the upcoming basketball season.

The Badgers president opened the meeting by sharing plans for the year and reminding everyone that the organization’s ultimate goal is to honor Jesus Christ. Presentations covered team goals, expectations, and new tools to support communication and scheduling.

This year, the Badgers are introducing new cameras for livestreaming, a new website, and the TeamLinkt app, which will give families one place to find schedules and team updates. (Please be looking for an email regarding TeamLinkt). Team warm up shirts will be supplied by the Badgers organization this year and will need to be returned at the end of the season. These are currently in the design phase and are looking AMAZING! 

Also of note, the team store for Badgers apparel is open through October 11th.

Reminder to each family:  Our organization depends on volunteers to stay running smoothly. We have a new app this year to volunteer yourself and your child for serving opportunities. Please reach out to your child's coach or our volunteer coordinator with any questions.

Players were excited to receive their jerseys and are looking forward to their first practice on October 9. Overall, the meeting set an exciting tone for the season ahead.
