OVERVIEW

• Run an Adult Lacrosse League
• Age requirement : 30 years old and up  
• 6 teams with 15 players max, LOW TO NO CONTACT
• 11 games played every sunday with guaranteed playoffs

INSURANCE

1. Each player must register with USA Lacrosse. NO EXCEPTIONS 
2. USA Lacrosse is a $60.00 yearly subscription
3. Any SUBS must also have a current USA Lacrosse Number. NO EXCEPTIONS
4. USA Lacrosse number will not be added to the league fee, it is an individual fee that you MUST cover

REGISTRATION 

1. Each player will sign up using TeamLinkT
2. A team captain will be assigned
3. Each player will join the open registration and be assigned a team
4. Each player must have a current USA Lacrosse number
5. All players must be on their team’s roster to play. Teams are recommended to have a minimum of 10 players.
6. Goalies will register as so but there will be no age requirement due to lack of goalies
