Adding Family Members to your Account

Add an Additional Member to your family account

 

From the Teamlinkt App

  1. Navigate to the Teams tab
  2. Click your Profile bubble in the top right
  3. Click Manage Family
  4. Click the Add Member or the Invite Member option to add a new family member. Enter their details or email address to send an invitation. If the family member already has a TeamLinkt account, they can accept the invitation to join your family profile. Otherwise, they will need to create an account using the invitation link.
  5. No code is required when the steps above are followed. If you are prompted for a code, reach out to the member who registered the player and ask them to send you the invitation link, as outlined above.

 

NOTE: When you add someone to your Teamlinkt family, they do not automatically gain access to your team's or your members’ information.

 

To give them access, you’ll need to add them to the team’s roster as a contact for your player and as a player admin.

 

To edit a family member’s info, like their birthdate, phone number, or address, you must have permission to edit family members. This permission will typically be granted to the parent in the family who first created their account.
