Dear Potential Sponsor, 

Snow may be still on the ground, but baseball, softball, and tee-ball seasons are just around the corner! Once again, Cambridge Valley Athletic Association is seeking partnerships for the upcoming season. We want to thank all past sponsors for your support of our programs in previous years. Your sponsorship has been crucial in enabling our organization to operate in today’s economy. Your generous sponsorship dollars have provided an opportunity for children in our community to learn the games of baseball, softball, and tee-ball, the value of teamwork, leadership skills, and the responsibilities of being on a team. 

In past years, the funds raised from sponsorships have helped us cover the cost of uniforms, umpires, equipment, and field maintenance, along with various other costs associated with a quality program, in addition to allowing us the opportunity to offer scholarships to those in our community who may need assistance with funding for their children to play. Our goal is to keep our participant fees as low as possible, so we must rely on you, our sponsors, to help us operate.

We are seeking your sponsorship for our baseball, softball, and tee-ball programs for the upcoming season. Monetary or Material/Services Donation 

Any amount of money may be donated to help provide scholarships, repair and maintain fields, upgrade and maintain equipment, pay registration and insurance fees, etc. You may designate where your donation should be used. We also welcome the donation of materials and services, such as: tools, grass seed, lime, gasoline, clay, mowing, snack shack supplies, repairs, use of equipment such as tractors, skid steers or donated time, etc.
