The Eastside Jr. Surfriders 2026 Spring Football Season is HERE and it’s time to lock in your spot. Whether you're a seasoned player or brand new to the game, this is YOUR season to learn, grow, and represent the Eastside with pride. 

This is your chance to build skills, build friendships, and be part of something special. Let’s make this our best season yet.

What You Need to Register:

Player’s Birth Certificate (copy or clear photo)
Completed Sports Physical (dated within the last 12 months)
Parent or Guardian Contact Info
Waiver and Media Release Acknowledgment (online or hard copy)

These documents are required to complete your registration. No docs means no gear-up, so be sure to get them submitted.
