Interested in becoming a basketball referee? We’re looking for new and returning Junior Officials for the 2026–27 season!

Clinics are open to boys and girls in Grade 6 and above who are interested in becoming a Junior Official. No previous refereeing experience is necessary!

Junior Officials have the opportunity to referee U9, U11, U12, U13 and U14 City League (House League) games. For officials who are interested in continuing to develop, there are also opportunities to advance and officiate other competitive games.

We strongly encourage our previous Junior Officials to come back for another season, and we’d love to welcome anyone who wants to give officiating a try for the first time.
