Richie Regehr is a retired Canadian professional hockey player who played as a defenseman. He grew up in Rosthern, playing for the U18AAA Beardy's Blackhawks. He began his career in the NHL, playing briefly for the Calgary Flames. He also spent time in the American Hockey League (AHL) and European leagues, including Germany's Deutsche Eishockey Liga (DEL), where he enjoyed notable success, winning multiple championships with teams like Eisbären Berlin.
Regehr transitioned to coaching and currently works as an instructor. He shares his expertise through his training camps, such as those offered by his program, "High Voltage Hockey." He focuses on developing young players, particularly in defense, preparing them for higher levels of competition.
