Interlake Minor Ball Coaches’ Skill Clinic
This clinic is not for certification purposes and is being provided to Interlake Minor Coaches for free with the focus on specific skills that are often not being taught properly throughout our region. The focus will be on the skills of throwing, pitching, and hitting. At the higher age groups their will also be a focus on baserunning.
When: April 27th, 2025 at Lundar School
-9U and 11U coaches: 9AM to 12PM
-13U and 15U coaches: 1PM to 3PM
What to Bring: Athletic clothing, indoor shoes, a baseball glove, and note taking materials.
Materials Provided: The goal of this is to provide some resources in the form of what should be focused on at the specific age groups, demonstration of specific drills to help with the skills we are focusing on, a guide on the absolutes of baseball for each age group, and some drill resources. All materials will be emailed to the coaches after the session.
This clinic is not mandatory for coaches to coach, but it is recommended that all coaches for each age group attend these sessions to ensure that players are being taught the base skills properly so they can progress as they age. Please let all coaches in you association know about this clinic, and have them email rorytycoles@gmail.com by April 23rd if they are planning on attending.
