DC Report

 

Submissions from both teams, BnB Ruwa and Ellusion 73, have been received. Ellusion Pool Club cited BnB Ruwa Pool Club for wearing jerseys without sponsors' logos, as prescribed in Chapter 1.12 and 1.12a of the PPL Ancillary Rules. This issue was noticed during the 12th frame, prompting Ellusion's captain to consult Umpire Mathew. The head umpire was called, and instruction was given that all frames played without the sponsors' logo would result in loss of frames for the offending team, BnB Ruwa.

 

BnB Ruwa referenced Rule 3.6, stating the umpire's decision is final, and captains may forward grievances during a game in a respectful manner. However, neither team signed the scoresheet, contravening the rules.

 

Ellusion provided video evidence from the start of the game until the 12th frame, clearly showing no sponsors' logos on BnB Ruwa's jerseys. King Joe from BnB Ruwa claimed some jerseys had the required logos.

 

Umpire Mathew stated BnB Ruwa exited the table first due to uniform misunderstandings, followed by Ellusion. They returned after approximately 15 minutes.

 

Verdicts:

 

1. Ellusion 73 failed to observe sending a report should a game fail to finish on the arena and did not sign the scoresheet.

 

Fine: $250

 

2. BnB Ruwa:

 

a. Failed to send a report to DC within the stipulated timeframe.

 

b. Did not sign the scoresheet.

 

c. Played 12 frames with uniforms without sponsors' logos, contravening Section 1.12 of the PPL Ancillary Rules.

 

Fine: $250 + $250 (for Section 1.12 violation), with an option of 3-point deduction.

 

4- Match versict

All 12 frames (played without sponsors logo) in question be awarded to Elusion and finish the remaining frames at Players Bar being a central position. The match shall start at 12 nill scoreline Ellusion 73 leading
