Congratulations to all for a well played Fall 2024 volleyball season!

After 6 games played in the regular season, playoffs shook out just as the regular season had predicted: the undefeated Free Agent 1 secured league gold, wtih second seeded WeAreTrying capturing silver, and third place Megahertz taking home bronze.

We hope to see everyone at Winter 2025 intramurals! A Sunday league has been added in addition to the usual Tuesday league.

The Champs: Free Agent 1

As the name entails, members of team Free Agent 1 came together as individual registrants of the league, together forming a formidable force that could not be beaten!

Runners Up: WeAreTrying (not pictured)

WeAreTrying was a Motley Crew of SAIT Trojans staff personnel and student athletes, across varying work positions and athletic backgrounds (excluding Trojans volleyball personnel), from operations staff, to coaches, and more. Their finish in fact showed, they were trying!

Bronze Finishers: Megahertz

Megahertz were friends from the SAIT Diagnostic Medical Synography program, who collectively made it to games between classes. Together, they brought their chemistry from the classroom and lab onto the court, bringing a challenge to every team they faced on the court!

Free Agent 3 (4th)

Just as Free Agent 1 came together as individuals, Free Agent 3 came together to put on a solid showing through the season! Free Agent 3 even gave the eventual winners, Free Agent 1, a very close run for their money in the semi-final round!
