Hello CCYB players, parents and friends,

Our 2022 season will begin next week with group practices starting on Monday 4/25 for Farm and Major, and Tuesday 4/26 for Pony and Minor.  Group practices will be for just 1 week, teams will then be drafted and team practices will start the week of 5/2.  Your coach will let you know when team practice times are.  If you ordered a helmet, we will find you on Monday and Tuesday next week to deliver.

Group practice times for next week are as follows:

Pony League - 4/26, 6:30 - 7:45 Wildwood

                         4/28, 5:15 - 6:30 Wildwood

Farm League - 6-7:30 Wildwood (both days)

Minor League - 6-7:30 Lions Field (both days)

Major League - 6-7:30 Lions Field (both days)

 

Here are important dates to note:

4/25 & 4/26 - Group practices start

4/27 & 4/28 - After practices coaches will gather to draft/create the teams.  Your coach will reach out to you with practice and team details, collect jersey size.  If you would like to sponsor a team or know of someone that would like to sponsor a team, please let us know.

5/2 & 5/3 - Team practices start, coaches will reach out to players for times, etc.  For Pony and Farm, Wildwood will be used (will not plan to use IC Fields)

5/16 & 5/17 - Games will start.  Farm and Major league play on Monday's and Wednesdays, Pony and Minor play on Tuesday and Thursdays.  

5/25 & 5/26 - Pictures (time and locations TBD)

6/27 - Championship week!  Season will end on 6/30

The CCYB League's goal is to make every season fun and competitive with focus on playing the game the right way, showing good sportsmanship, being a great teammate and being great fans!  Support your volunteer coaches and umpires!  We appreciate all the volunteer coaches and families that help make each year a success.
