LaVergne Baseball Softball is a group of volunteers and we need your help.

The importance of your involvement and participation with the league will help us grow. We can't grow to have more teams without people. To grow we need volunteers. We need people to take pride in the community and want to see the league grow. It's for your kids that we are here trying to build the organization.

The concessions stand is how we are able to make money which is needed to offset cost from equipment, field maintenance, fees etc.

We ask coaches this season for one parent volunteer per team to help with concessions on Saturday, the game before your teams schedules game time. Only Saturday not during the week.

We have tournaments we are hosting to raise money and need volunteers to work. Everything we earn goes back into the league for your kids.

Tournament dates we will need volunteers to help: April 27-28, May 18-19, June 1-3 and June 8-9.

Time starts at 8am - 8pm.

We are asking volunteers to give a few hours to help staff concessions these weekends which will benefit your players and help us keep cost down. To volunteer for tournaments please see Julia in concession stand.

Please see your coach to volunteer for game day concessions. Only one parent per team to volunteer.

We greatly appreciate everyone's help and support of the league. Please

We have monthly meetings. Anyone can attend. Volunteers can be part of our board of directors which would involve working, giving time and not just to have a title. Working includes concessions and tournaments.

Opening day ceremony

As a parade to showcase the teams.  To  introduce the City of LaVergne and LBSA staff we will meet starting at 8:00 am to line up teams between fields 7-8.
At 9:00 am we will parade teams past the concession stand onto field 5 thru the visitor dugout gate for opening day ceremony.  We will start with the National Anthem and prayer. We will have our league directors give introductions and have a guest throw out the first pitch of the season.
we will ask parents to come on the field to take any photos of their teams.

We want the community to take pride in the league and help grow to the potential it can be.
