CHAMPIONSHIP MVP WEEKEND WARRIORS
Congratulations to our championship MVP/Weekend Warriors! 
Devin is a three year returning player, and two-year championship MVP! She had another amazing season on the mound and at the plate for Oh Jeez, as she always does! Each weekend, she always had a hit or made a play that was worthy of the spotlight! During the champ series, she had one of the highest slugging percentages and managed to hold Crazy Horse Warrior’s batters to a lesser count. After securing a close win in game 2 she took the mound for the if-necessary game and finished strong, despite being hit by a line drive, and helped secure a second Oh Jeez first place finish!
Deanna, captain of Crazy Horse Warriors, was a new recruit for WFSA NJ this summer. Throughout the season, her amazing attitude and friendly banter made each game enjoyable and equally as competitive! Despite the heat and tough games, you could always count on her to pinch run and fill in where needed! She was a two-time playoff and champ series MVP, and led her team in the outfield, in the batter’s box, and behind the plate. She played her heart out during the championship, and encouraged her team to fight until the end!
