Congratulations to our week 5 Weekend Warriors! Read below for player stats

Cat played for the Delaware Valkyrie last season but is a new addition to Pitches Be Crazy! She pitched game 1 against Oh Jeez and racked up 6 K’s on the day. Despite blowing out the toe in her spikes, she powered through the game and finished strong!

Rose has been a part of WFSA NJ since the beginning. Every year she continues to improve her game and is a standout player for Pitches! Throughout both games, she controlled the outfield and owned 6 fly balls on the day!

Olivia is a new player this season, but has always given it her all. She started game 1 for Terrigno’s on the mound, striking out 5. She rocked one over the fence and was responsible for Terrigno’s only run scored in game 1.

Melissa is team captain of Terrigno’s and has been with the league since 2019. She started game 2 on the mound and pitched for two innings, knocking down two batters swinging. She also hit a nice double to right center!

Alyssa, a second time weekend warrior, has definitely left her mark on WFSA NJ this summer! Her bat is always a wild card, and her stats speak for themselves. She blew open game 1 with an amazing shot over the outfielders’ heads and set the tone for another Crazy Horse win.

Kaitlyn is a returning member to the league, but is repping the orange with Crazy Horse Warriors this time! She flashed the leather all weekend in the infield and outfield. She made key plays in the outfield that deterred Pitches Be Crazy from advancing and helped secure her team’s second win of the day.

Trish is another veteran of WFSA NJ who always shows up and shows out! She dug her heels in at shortstop for Oh Jeez in game 1 and owned the left side of the field! Win, lose, or draw, you’ll always feel her good vibes, and she’s always the heart and soul of the dugout!

Nikki joined WFSA NJ in 2019 and has found her home with Oh Jeez. She played second base in game 2, and turned an amazing double play against Terrigno’s! She also added a few RBI’s to her collection that helped Oh Jeez lock down both wins on the day!
