to our week 4 Weekend Warriors! Read below for player stats!
Kelsey, a new member of WFSA NJ, has been a great addition to Oh Jeez this season. She took the mound in game 1 against Pitches Be Crazy and led her team to a come-from-behind win in the final moments of the game! She had 6 K’s on the day, an assisted out, and scored one of the go ahead runs for Oh Jeez.
Alexis has been a part of the league since its inception in 2019 and always brings her A-game. Throughout the day she led Oh Jeez in hits and OBP, and she was just as impressive defensively! She was one of the driving forces behind her team’s success in week 4!
Alyssa is another WFSA NJ newbie this season, and continues to demonstrate her strength as a teammate and worthy opponent. She hit a massive grand slam in game 1 that secured Crazy Horse Warriors’ first win of the day! She also made an amazing catch in left field while playing second base.
Amanda joined WFSA NJ this season and is loving every minute of her first softball season EVER! She volunteered to play with Oh Jeez in game 2 against her own team, had two beautiful hits, and was responsible for helping Oh Jeez tie up the game! She even made her team captain cry for having such an amazing game!
Molly is a second-year returning player for Pitches Be Crazy. She took the circle in game 1 against Oh Jeez, was brought back in to close, and ended without allowing any runs scored against her! She pitched an amazing game, racking up 6 K’s on the day!
Laynie, another WFSA NJ rookie, had a great showing in week 4 for Pitches Be Crazy! In game 2 against Terrigno’s, she went 3-for-3 at the plate and helped her team collect another win this season! She also made some great plays at first base!
Patti is a three-year veteran to the league. She had an amazing hit in game 1 against Crazy Horse Warriors that brought in two RBI’s for Terrigno’s! She always comes ready to play hard, and consistently proves she’s a core player for her team!
Amy, another rookie this season, had an amazing day all around for Terrigno’s! At the plate, she went 4-for-4 on the day and was responsible for a few of her team’s runs scored! She also made solid key plays in the outfield that held base runners from advancing!
