WEEKEND WARRIORS
Congratulations to our week 2 Weekend Warriors! Read below for player stats! 
This is Leann’s first year with WFSA NJ and we are so glad she’s on board! She pitched hard against Oh Jeez in game one, catching a line drive and turning it into a double play to get out of a jam!
Karly is also another new player in the league. She tossed an amazing game against Pitches Be Crazy and her solo home run solidified the win for Crazy Horse Warriors!
Idalis, another WFSA NJ newbie, has proved to be a great addition to the league and her team! She played hard in the outfield and on third base, and deterred runners from advancing all game!
Leanna played with for the Delaware Valkyrie last season, but has since become a new member of the WFSA NJ family. After not catching for years, she made herself a wall behind the plate and pulled out some killer throws down to second!
Danielle, who has been a part of the league for three years, was a key offensive player for Pitches, making contact almost every at bat. Her speed made her impossible to catch, and she had many stolen bases on the day!
Robin, captain of Pitches Be Crazy and a 4 year returning player, stepped up big for her team in game 2. Although she isn’t a catcher, she geared up to help her team when they needed her most. Her offense was on point, and she was successful every at bat!
Stacy, another new member this season, came out the gates fired up! During game one, she made a diving catch in the outfield to end a nail biter inning and her bat was as hot as ever!
Chelsey is back for her second season with Oh Jeez and proved to be a key player this past weekend. She was an anchor on the right side of the field at first base for Oh Jeez and made contact every at bat!
