About the Timbits U6 Program

The U6 soccer program focuses on fun, skill-building, and confidence as players continue to develop fundamental movement and soccer skills. Through age-appropriate games and activities, children will work on dribbling, passing, shooting, and coordination in a team setting.

While the emphasis is still on fun and participation, players will also begin to learn the basic rules of soccer and how to work together as a team.

Timbits U6 Birth Year

Children in the Timbits U6 Division are born in 2019 and 2020.

Timbits U6 Schedule

The Timbits U6 group plays on Wednesday evenings from 6:00–6:45 PM.

(An extra week may be added at the end of the season if some sessions are cancelled due to weather.)

Commitments and Expectations

• Shin pads are required for all practices and games. Children will not be permitted to participate without them.
• Soccer cleats are recommended but not required — running shoes are acceptable.
• Parents/guardians must remain on site and be available in case of emergency.
• Coaches and volunteers are not responsible for children if a parent/guardian is not present.

Weather Policy

Sessions will only be cancelled in the event of thunderstorms or extreme heat.

We play in the rain! You’ll be contacted by your coach or a KCSA representative if a session is cancelled.
