The Fitness & Agility Program provides youth players with the opportunity to train weekly in a specialized environment focused on developing speed, agility, coordination, balance, and overall athletic performance. Training is delivered with an emphasis on proper movement mechanics, acceleration, change of direction, bodyweight strength development, and conditioning.
For younger age groups, sessions focus on building physical literacy through fundamental movement skills such as running, jumping, landing, balance, and coordination. As players mature, training progresses toward more advanced speed mechanics, power development, and performance-based conditioning to support the demands of the game.
