Andre Santos is the founder of Inspire Soccer Academy and a long-standing Director with Forza FC, where he has played a key role in shaping the club’s player development philosophy. With extensive experience coaching across grassroots, competitive, and advanced youth levels, Andre brings a clear, modern approach grounded in technical detail and intelligent gameplay. His coaching style is heavily rooted in rondos, positional play, and small-sided game repetitions that help players improve decision-making, ball retention, and speed of play. Andre creates a learning environment where players are challenged to think, move, and solve problems in realistic game scenarios building confident, adaptable athletes ready for any level of competition.

Hector Barquero is an Academy Coach with Inspire Soccer Academy and currently serves as the Grassroots Director at Forza FC. With experience coaching players across multiple stages of development from early grassroots to competitive youth, Hector brings a well-rounded understanding of how to support athletes as they grow through the game. His coaching approach focuses on building strong technical habits, confidence on the ball, and a positive learning environment where players can progress at the right pace. Hector’s ability to connect with young athletes, guide their development, and maintain a high standard of training makes him a valuable part of the Academy coaching team.
