In alignment with Canada Soccer standards and the Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) model, our Development Program provides an inclusive, age-appropriate environment with no formal tryouts. The program welcomes all players, with open registration for families, ensuring everyone has access to quality training. Throughout the season, our Development Director closely observes players in both training and games to support their growth and ensure they are placed in the environment that best aligns with their development stage, fully respecting CSA guidelines for player-centered progression.
