Academy of Excellence (AOE)

HDC’s AOE is a comprehensive development program covering all key areas:

• Individual skill sessions (Goalie, Defence, Forwards)
• Small area games
• Tactical and systems practices

Program Inclusions

• Showcase weekends (varies by team)
• 120+ hours of team development
• Primetime practices
• Tracksuit, toque, water bottle, backpack, dryland gear, team uniforms (PHL only) — supplied by HDC
• Coaching, TeamSnap, and insurance
• Discounts on HDC developmental programs and clinics
