RCBA REFEREES

Requirements for applying to become a new official?
Applicants MUST be 14 years of age by October 1st each year

What can new officials expect when starting with the RCBA?
New officials will receive extensive training & mentoring, before and during the RCBA season. All new official begin officiating in our grade 3 & grade 4 divisions.
New official clinics are held in October.

RCBA Referee Pay Scale:
Our pay sacle is set according to the "Level" of each official or is dependent on the division being officiated:
New/Level 1 officials: $22/game
Level 2 officials: $27/game
Level 3 officials: $32/game
RCBA High School Division: $35/game

RCBA GAME SUPERVISORS

What is an RCBA Supervisor?
A supervisor with the RCBA is the person responsible for the facility where games are held.

What does an RCBA Supervisor do?
They are responsible for bringing the game equipment to the assigned location and unlocking the facility. They are to stay on site for the duration of the games and once all are completed supervisors will lock up the facility and mail in the completed score sheets. 

Requirements to becoming a Supervisor?
All applicants MUST be at least in Grade 8

How much does a Supervisor get paid?
Supervisors are paid $14.00/hr - shifts can range from 4 hours - 9 hours. Payroll is distributed twice a season.
