Our Purpose
Next Level Lacrosse is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization developed to support Washington State's community-based lacrosse programs by providing non-conflicting competitive and developmental out-of-season lacrosse opportunities.
Our Mission
Next Level's mission is to provide out-of-season lacrosse opportunities for any-and-all players in 3rd through 12th grade. Our opportunities include tournament teams, developmental teams, clinics, camps, and regional try-lacrosse events. Since the main season for lacrosse is spring (March through May), Next Level provides opportunities during the other nine months of the year (June through February).
Our Vision
That every youth lacrosse player with the desire to practice, play, learn, and grow has access to opportunities to attain their next level of development. That each measures their own growth by the difference between where they were yesterday and where they are today and plans how to get to where they want to be tomorrow. That each obstacle they overcome makes it that much easier to persevere and reach their next goal.

Dear Team WA Families,
We hope this finds you and your family well. During the last few years we have learned to be flexible, adapt, and be willing to pivot. As the former leadership of Team WA chases new endeavors and focuses on family and children of their own, we look to pass the torch to the next group of vibrant coaches.
We are grateful for the relationships built with all of the players and families in our community over the years. We have learned and grown side by side and it has been our pleasure.
We would like to introduce you to a new program, NEXT LEVEL. Next Level core values and goals are similar to those of the Team WA program: Community first, off season opportunities and player development from coaches that are proven at coaching.
Next Level will offer year-round, out-of-season programs with teams for summer, and fall/winter, along with clinics throughout the year.
