U18 - 2006 - 2008 
U16 - 2009 - 2010
U14 - 2011 - 2012
U12 - 2013 - 2014
U10 - 2015 - 2016

U18, U16 & U14 registration fees --> $800
U12 & U10 registration fees --> $550

$25 sibling discount available for families with 2 or more players.
