St. Mary's School is happy to be hosting the 2A Girls Provincial Volleyball Championships from November 26 - 28. Games will be taking place at both St. Mary's and St. Martin's gyms throughout the tournament.

We are looking for some support to help make this a success!

Student Athletes

We require help in the concession and with scorekeeping at both schools. As these are high stakes games, we are looking for students who are familiar with both the game of volleyball and with scorekeeping, to complete the roles of filling in the scoresheet, keeping score on the flip scoreboard, and keeping score on the digital scoreboard. Students who are interesting in helping out on November 26, 27, and/or 28, please see Ms. Stuart as soon as possible. Students who are volunteering at St. Martin's will need to be able to get themselves there. A scorekeeping schedule can be viewed here but Ms. Stuart will be filling in these roles. Each game of scorekeeping is one checkmark.

Student Athletes and Parents

Parents, players, family members, and student volunteers are needed to help run this tournament! Each shift is the equivalent of 1 check mark and requires minimum of one adult for each shift. If you would like to help organize the concession (1 to 3 people), food will likely need to be ordered after November break to be delivered the week of zones.

Areas of help include:

• Concession and coach/refs room
• Apparel sales
• Admission table

While we are also encouraging students to volunteer, each station will always require an adult to help out at them and a maximum of 2 students. Adult sign up sheets can be found here (we need all spots filled by one adult **concession at St. Martin's is not for sure at the this time) and student volunteer sign ups can be found here.
